Greens Shake

Avocado, kale, cilantro, herbs, protein, vegetarian, protein shake, healthy fats, meal replacement

Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

1/4 avocado diced

1 cup chopped kale

1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced

1/2 organic apple sliced (with skin)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop egg white protein powder

1/2 cup almond milk

handful organic cilantro or parsley


Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well combined. Can add ice  to chill.
