1/3 cup organic frozen mixed berries
½ frozen banana
1 tbsp almond butter
8oz almond milk or any non-dairy option
Add all ingredients to blender starting with milk and blend until well combined. If using fresh banana, add in 2-3 ice cubes, if needed.

1/4 avocado diced
handful baby spinach
1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced
1/2 organic apple sliced (with skin)

handful organic cilantro or parsley
Place all ingredients in blender starting with milk and blend until well combined. Add ice to chill.

3 organic carrots with skin
2 organic celery stalks
1 small whole organic beet with skin
slice ginger root
slice turmeric (as much as you can tolerate)
1 organic granny smith apple
1 clove fresh garlic
1/4 organic lemon with skin and seeds
1. Wash and scrub vegetables thoroughly.
2. Quarter apple and beet if needed. (depends on juicer)
3. Slowly add vegetables to juicer on low.
4. Once all ingredients are juiced stir and enjoy!

3 organic granny smith apples
1 organic lemon (with some peel)
2-3 drops 100% stevia (optional)
Scrub clean the apples and lemon. Quarter apples. Be sure to include the skin and seeds. Cut ends of lemon and shave off some of the peel. Add fruit to juicer on low. Once juiced stir and enjoy! If too tart, add 3 drops of stevia (just be sure its 100% stevia leaf) or use 1/2 lemon instead of a whole lemon.

¼ cup coconut almond milk
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. turmeric
1/8 tsp. cardamom
fresh pepper (two grinds)
3 stevia drops
6oz boiling water
In a shaker cup add cold milk and all ingredients except boiling water, shake until well combined. Pour in a mug, add boiling water and enjoy!

1 packet 1.5g matcha powder
4oz coconut/almond milk
4oz water
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
3 drops stevia
dash cayenne (optional)
In a mug combine matcha, cinnamon, and ginger. Heat milk and water on stovetop until boiled, then add to mug. Add stevia, then briskly whisk together. Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional). Can also use a shaker cup or blender to combine spices to make frothy.
*Matcha has high amounts of catechins, even more than regular green tea, making it a potent antioxidant. Combined with ginger and cinnamon this warm drink is also anti-inflammatory.
