She believes finding the proper balance of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and addressing deficiencies plays a large role in weight loss and is key to healing.
Jackie has worked with people suffering from a wide variety of conditions such as gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, heart disease, celiac, hypertension, obesity, gout, and PCOS among many others. By listening to her clients symptoms she then customizes meal plans specific for each of her clients individual needs. Her compassionate approach eases her clients into a lifestyle change necessary for them to achieve optimal health and continued success on their program.
