Ingredients:
2 cups organic almond or coconut milk
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ inch fresh ginger grated, or ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of ground ceylon cinnamon
pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon locally grown honey
Preparation:
1. In a small saucepan, whisk milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
2. Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add honey.
3. Using a strainer, divide the turmeric milk into two cups.

3 organic granny smith apples halved
1 organic lemon peeled
Preparation:
1. Juice apples halved with skin and seeds, then juice the whole lemon.
2. Mix well and enjoy.

2 organic celery stalks
1 small organic whole beet with skin
1 organic granny smith apple
1 clove fresh garlic
1/4 organic lemon (without peel/seeds ok)
Sliced ginger root
Sliced turmeric (as much as you can stand)
Preparation:
1. Clean all vegetables thoroughly.
2. Slowly add vegetables to the juicer.
3. Once juiced, stir and enjoy. Best to drink within 20 minutes of juicing.

Ingredients:
8oz water
1 scoop vanilla plant protein powder (I like Truvani)
1/4 avocado
Handful of organic baby spinach/kale
1 tbsp chia seeds
Stevia drops or monk fruit to sweeten
Ice if needed
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender starting with water.
2. Blend until well combined. Add ice if needed.

½ cup fresh ginger, grated
1 cup fresh turmeric, grated
1 cinnamon stick
6–8 pimento seeds (allspice)
6–8 dried soursop leaves
10 cups filtered water
Preparation:
1. Rinse and scrub the ginger and turmeric thoroughly to remove any dirt before grating.
2. Add all ingredients to a large pot with 10 cups of filtered water.
3. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and allow the mixture to steep for at least 1 hour (longer steeping will yield a stronger flavor).
4. Strain the tea and transfer it into glass containers for storage.
5. Serve warm or chilled.
