Providing real health benefits for your employees.
While employees are enjoying their lunch they will be empowered on taking accountability of their health, educated on how to fuel their mind and bodies effectively, and given the proper tools on how to do so. A great way to boost office moral and even add a little friendly competition!
The duration for participants is one month, a total of four in office lunch hours. Each employee will receive four weeks of meal plans with shopping lists and recipes along with the education needed for continued optimal health and weight loss success.
Program includes:
- 1 hour speaking engagement on health and wellness
- Basic education on ways to make healthier choices
- In-person or Virtual consultations
